Kruger Energy Inc.

KH Solar Limited Partnership, a joint venture between Helios Energy and Kruger Energy, will develop large-scale rooftop solar energy systems. Kruger Energy will be the long-term owner of these systems.

Kruger Energy Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kruger Inc. that specializes in the development and management of green and renewable energy power plants. The Kruger group of companies owns, manages and operates 32 electricity production sites, ranging from hydroelectric and wind power plants to biomass cogeneration and biogas plants. Kruger Energy and Kruger Inc.’s total installed capacity is 423 MW, including two wind farm projects in Ontario each with an approximate capacity of 100MW, with an additional 100 MW contracted project.

PanelClaw

PanelClaw is one of Helios Energy’s preferred solar mounting technology providers for rooftop solar installations in Ontario.

PanelClaw was founded in November 2007 with a single mission: to develop a new generation of efficient mounting systems for photovoltaic modules, making solar energy an increasingly accessible, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible solution.

After nearly a year of design, engineering, wind tunnel and field-testing, they introduced Polar Bear, their first solution for the flat roof market. In just three years, PanelClaw has become a major supplier of flat roof and ground mount systems in North America.

PanelClaw is backed by a group of private investors with extensive energy and business experience, and by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center. Headquartered in North Andover, MA, we manufacture PanelClaw products in the United States. Grizzly Bear is also manufactured in Ontario, Canada, for sale to our Canadian customers.

Helios works with Pinnacle Group to undertake third-party roof membrane inspections and evaluations.

Pinnacle Group Inc. has been in business since 1991, specialized in roofing and the building envelope. Pinnacle has extensive experience in new construction, replacement, retrofit, restoration and repair projects, and is experienced with all types of roofing products and systems. Services include roof condition reports, specification/tender documents writing and review, a full range of inspection services, a full range of testing services, infrared thermography and budget programs.
